Comp-rite Kenya (CRK) Ltd has fueled the software needs of hundreds of companies, from small to medium sized local corporations to the massive multi-national organizations who's logos appear on this page.
In addition to powering the data acquisition and processing needs for corporations, we have worked with the government, assisting them with their data capture efforts. Our services have ranged from providing software consultancy, to developing customized solutions and re-organizing business processes around the implemented software.
As a company with a conscience, Comp-rite Kenya has also provided it's services pro-bono to worthy causes. Recently, Comp-rite developed the process flow software that controlled the movement of people in the "Walk the Talk" game, an event that was sponsored by the Aga Khan Development Network to raise awareness of their projects in the country. Our involvement was on a voluntary basis.
Selected Accomplishments
- Total Oil: Rights Issue - CRK provided the back end data processing modules that enabled the success of this rights issue.
- Kenya Airways: Initial Public Offering: CRK provided a turnkey solution for this IPO, from designing the application forms to the share distribution system and issuing of certificates. The process was a total success, and a land mark in Kenyan History, being the largest Initial Public offering in Kenya to date. Citibank was the leading bank for this project.
- Barclays Bank: IPO
- Standard Chartered Bank: IPO
- Government Of Kenya (Subcontracted): Data conversion from manual file based system to electronic database of registries. Completed on time with 98% accuracy.
